The nominated candidate should provide leadership and overall support for the Veterinary Technician profession. They must exhibit qualities of the Veterinary Technician Oath, demonstrate exceptional mentorship, and go above and beyond as an animal care advocate. The candidate must be a current credentialed Veterinary Technician in good standing with NJVTA, with over 3 years of experience, and currently employed at a NJ veterinary hospital or institution.
