Instructions

Certification (CVT) including General Membership ($45 Annually)

For initial certification, the following documents must be provided with the application:

1. Proof of passing the Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE)

2. College diploma or transcript from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology Program

Certified members are required to maintain at least 20 hours of continuing education bi-annually and are subject to random audits

General Member $35 Annually

Student $10 Annually

Student membership applicants should be enrolled in an accredited Veterinary Technology or Veterinary Assistant program and must provide proof of enrollment with application.
